Service Coordinator/Dispatcher
Job Description
Blue Ridge Imaging is seeking a reliable dispatcher to coordinate the routing of service personnel to customer locations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be thorough, have the ability to multitask and communicate effectively to ensure efficient operations and outstanding service delivery.

Skills

- 2+ Yrs in Medical Imaging or Similar experience
- Excellent organization and time management
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Experience with CMMS or CRM software
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct them to the appropriate department
- Create service tickets and assign/dispatch support services, (FSE, Field Serve Engineer)
- Schedule EPE’s and Preventative Maintenance to the appropriate FSE within given geography.
- Ordering Parts
- Send Purchase Orders to Vendors for equipment
- Clerical Duties
- Monitor and manage service tickets from creation to closing
- Assist with Service billings
- Provide clear and accurate information to all parties involved
- Be flexible and adaptive, capable of adjusting schedules and personnel due to situational priorities
- Always maintain a professional communication style
- Review Inventory
- Work closely with the Project Management team with scheduling FSE availability for installations.
- Work closely with management on customer issues
- Act as Primary contact for service department
Education
Associates degree (Communication or Radiologic Technologies)
5+ Years of similar experience without Associate’s Degree.
Location:
Arden, NC. (On site)
This is not a remote Job.

8AM – 5PM

Equipment Installation Technician
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Driver to assist in delivery and installation of Radiographic equipment. Must be able to drive 16′ to 24′ box truck. Extensive travel in the US, traveling 50-75% of the time. Home weekends. Some air travel also involved. Must have clean driving record to be able to DOT drive (not CDL) and heavy lifting involved. Good mechanical skills a plus. Full time employment with benefits.

Field Service Engineer
Ongoing
We are currently hiring for Field Service Engineers in the Nashville, Tennessee, Asheville and Raleigh, North Carolina and South Carolina areas and are always on the lookout for assets to our ever growing service team.
A Field Service Engineer should have 5+ years’ service experience including radiographic equipment in multi modalities to include Ortho, Urgent Care, Physician, Chiropractic, and Vet markets.
This position’s duties would include:
- Technical service, installation, and maintenance on multi-manufacturers equipment.
- Completion of administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
- Integrity and pride in all aspects of work.
- Must comply with all company policies, standards and safety procedures.
- Team participation in achieving assigned objectives.
Work Environment:
- Some on call 24/7 availability required.
- Overnight travel required.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Education:
Associate degrees in Electronics preferred. High school diploma or GED required.
Other:
- Mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable.
